30 days easy return and refund with Zella Ash label. For the unused items with Zella Ash label and in its original packaging, you can request return and refund by email to our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order.

We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for a return form. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Zella Ash Boutique.

Both the shoes and the bag must be returned in its original unworn/unused condition, in the original packaging and with the original Zella Ash label for a refund.

Items on sale or stock clearance are not applicable for exchange or refund.Discount coupons are not applicable for exchange or refund.Items without any label or private label are not applicable for exchange or refund. Please email Customer Service for the return form and include it inside of your return package as instructed on the return form. Please include the completed return form along with the following information:

  • Your name, address, and order number
  • Your day time phone number, in case we have questions
  • Product(s) details and why you are returning the product(s).

Please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to Zella Ash Boutique return address. Please email us your package tracking number after it is sent.

Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within five (5) days of when we receive your return. We’ll notify you via email, using the contact information you supplied to us when you placed your original order, when we have received and processed the returned product(s).

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or Defective products that are returned to Zella Ash are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and refunded following our return policy, if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from our approved factory specifications. Our liability for any damaged or defective products is limited to the refund of such product.

If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality, assembly process, or a deviation from our approved factory specifications, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition as it is in upon our receipt of your returned package. We do not replace damaged or defective merchandise:

  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, brutal force etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose

WARRANTIES

You warrant that the information entered onto Order Form is true.

Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements Order 1976) your statutory rights are not affected by this Agreement.

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, the reproduction of colours and products are only as accurate as photographic and publishing processes allow.

Credits to a Gift Certificate

When you return an order that was purchased with a gift certificate (the entire order or just part of it), there are two ways that we can process the return:

If you used a gift certificate to pay for part of the order, the credit will be issued to the gift certificate first, even if the balance of the gift certificate was zero after the order was placed. After we credit your gift certificate, we credit the remaining amount, if any, of the return to your paypal account that was used to pay the remaining order balance.

NOTE: We do not credit shipping costs for any returned orders.

Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return bag and a copy of the invoice, note with your name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return. Please be noticed that returning the products without permission will not be handled.
